Lemon Curd


Real lemon curd is so silky smooth, fruity and satisfying that you can eat it with a spoon, and never stop – we are obsessive about getting it right. Make a classic pudding and add to brioche and raspberries; smear onto pancakes, scones or toast; fill in small tartlet cases and top with meringue.
